Ravani × Gemini
Gemini reads your training record and adds to it when you ask, so the coach in the app and in Gemini work from the same facts.

A Ravani account (sign in at ravani.app with Google or Apple) and Gemini on the web with a personal Google account. Google opens custom apps to people 18 and over, in English, with Keep Activity on; work and school accounts can't add them yet.

Gemini asks before every change. Added once on the web, Ravani also works in the Gemini app on your phone.
Gemini CLI, for developers: gemini mcp add --transport http ravani https://ravani.app/api/mcp, then /mcp auth ravani in a session.
Try asking

Reads your goals, latest measurements and current estimate.
Log today's session: 4 sets of 12 push-ups, then 3 sets of 8 pull-ups.
Saves the session set by set.
I had chicken, rice and broccoli for lunch, about 600 calories.
Logs the meal with its time and calories.
My left knee has been sore since yesterday's run.
Records it on your timeline and opens an injury for the knee.
What did I train this week? Put tomorrow's session in my calendar at 7am.
Reads your week, then adds the session to your Google Calendar.

Your data
Gemini sees only what Ravani's tools return from your record, while you're connected. Ravani logs each tool Gemini uses, with the details it sent. More in the privacy policy.
To disconnect, open Connected Apps in Gemini, then More details and Remove app under Ravani. Deleting your Ravani account, from Profile, removes your record and ends every connection.
