Privacy policy

Ravani Athletics is a personal AI training coach built and run by Ravi Autar. Questions about this policy or your data go to ravilutionary@gmail.com.

Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to recognise you; nothing else from your Google account is read for sign-in.

What you tell the coach. Your goals, the answers you give at onboarding (age, sex, bodyweight, height, experience), training sessions, measurements, notes, injuries, meals and the photos you attach, nights of sleep you log, and the conversation itself, on the web or on WhatsApp.

Connected services, only if you connect them. Strava activities. Google Calendar events in the window the coach plans for, and the sessions it writes there for you. Sleep data from Google Health Connect. Each connection can be removed from Profile → Connections at any time, which also revokes our access with the provider.

Everything above exists to coach you: to keep your record, estimate where you stand against your goal, plan sessions and answer your messages. AI models from Google (Gemini) read your messages, photos and record to do that work. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Ravani Athletics' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar and Health data are used only to coach you, are never used to build advertising profiles, and are never handed to humans except with your consent, for security, or as the law requires.

Your record is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). The app runs on Vercel. WhatsApp messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. These providers process data only to run the service for us.

We keep your record for as long as you have an account.

From Profile you can export a copy of what the coach knows, wipe it and start over, and disconnect any service. To delete your account and everything with it, email ravilutionary@gmail.comand it is gone within 30 days. You can also revoke our access to your Google data from your Google account's permissions page.

Ravani Athletics is not meant for anyone under 16.
